In 2014, I became a teacher to provide for my family as a single mother. I’ve always believed that teaching isn't just a job; it’s a gift God gave me to empower others. Even as I pursued my Master’s in IT and transitioned into HR and Administration, that desire to educate remained my "North Star."

From Uncertainty to Purpose

The corporate world can be unpredictable. Despite my dedication, I faced a layoff in late 2025. In that season of uncertainty, I felt a clear whisper from God: 'I still want you to teach, but the classroom has changed.' Today, I serve as a Payroll & Benefits Manager by day—mastering the complexities of the corporate financial world—and a Bilingual Financial Educator by calling. I realized that my Hispanic community and underserved families were being "locked out" of the financial system by complex jargon. Partnering with Primerica, I provide the tools—simple protection and growth strategies—to help you build a "Financial House" that no layoff can tear down.
